Welcome to the webpage for Margold Golden Retrievers! We live in Northern California and you can follow the wanderings of Barley and Mira throughout these pages. We regularly compete in AKC agility events and dabble in other venues including field, obedience, rally, dock dogs and anything else that seems fun! Prior to moving to Nor Cal our webpage was called SD Goldens. I am going to work on getting everything redesigned, but in the meantime enjoy!

Margold is the kennel name for Josh and Jessica Hecock, inspired by Josh's first childhood Golden Retriever named Palomar. We continued the tradition with Barley Mar and Miramar. We decided we wanted to keep Mar in the name of all our dogs. Margold was registered with GRCA in 2010.
